How much does window cleaning cost in Portland?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. On our Silver package, a first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes. Gold and Platinum cost a little more because they include tracks, screens, and interior mirrors. After the first clean, maintenance plans start at $35 a month. The price picker on this page shows your exact first-clean price and monthly payment. Lakefront and estate homes get a custom quote.

What is the difference between Silver, Gold, and Platinum?
Silver is the glass: every window pane cleaned streak free. Gold adds window tracks cleared and wiped. Platinum adds screens washed and interior mirrors cleaned on top of everything in Gold.
How do the monthly plans work?
You choose how often we come: every month, every two months, every quarter, or twice a year. Once a year we clean your windows inside and out, and the other visits are exterior only. The cost of the whole year is spread into one flat monthly payment. Customers who choose monthly service save 20 percent on every exterior visit.
How often should windows be cleaned in Portland?
In Portland the worst months for glass are April and May, when the Douglas fir and cedar pollen comes down and the rain glues it to the windows, and the second worst is June, when the Willamette Valley grass pollen arrives. We recommend exterior cleaning at least every quarter for homes in Portland, Lake Oswego, Dunthorpe, West Linn, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Bethany, Cedar Mill, Happy Valley, Camas and Vancouver, and every two months for homes under the firs in the West Hills and for lakefront homes on Oswego Lake. Most people have the interior glass done once a year.

Do you offer gutter cleaning?
Yes. Gutter maintenance can be added to any plan for $25 a month. Portland gutters fill with fir and cedar needles, maple leaves and the moss that grows in the shade, so we clear them, flush the downspouts and haul the debris away before the fall rains start in October and again after the spring needle drop.
Do I have to sign up for a plan, or can I book a one-time cleaning?
You can do either. One-time cleanings are priced the same as a first clean. Plans run for 12 months at one flat monthly payment, which costs less per visit and keeps the glass clear all year.
